    Prashant Kumar Singh
    Assistant Professor,

    Dr. Prashant Kumar Singh is a trained demographer whose work focuses on social determinants of health, maternal and child health and gender. He has published several peer reviewed articles, opinion pieces and commentaries in reputed journals on various issues related to maternal and child health and survival, adolescent's health, gender, ageing. Before joining the TERI University, Dr. Singh served as a Associate Fellow at the Institute for Human Development, New Delhi, where he was involved in the conceptualization, design and execution of research studies concerning the broad themes of strengthening health systems, service delivery models, maternal and child health, and public health nutrition. He received both independent and joint research grantsfrom ICSSR, ICMR, PACS, and DFID.
