The two M. Tech programmes at TERI University offer a blend of academic rigor and practice focus to train students in the fields of challenges that we face in managing water, at research, education and policy advocacy levels and to train students not only in RE technologies but also in areas of green building, energy infrastructure, energy economics, energy conservation and energy-environment etc.

M.Tech/M.Sc (Water Science and Governance)

Coca Cola Dept. of Regional Water Studies aims to respond to challenges that we face in managing water, at research, education, and policy advocacy levels. It aims to build core competencies among students, researchers, policy makers, and professionals to face challenges in managing water resources.

M.Tech (Renewable Energy Engineering & Management)

Renewable Energy sector needs manpower. To this end, TERI University offers M.Tech. (REEM) with the aim to groom Young Engineering Graduates into the future of the RE sector by leveraging multi-disciplinary expertise of TERI. This programme is intended to bridge the gap and provide the much needed human resource capacity in renewable energy technologies and its management. The programme is designed to train students not only in RE technologies but also in areas of green building, energy infrastructure, energy economics, energy conservation and energy-environment etc.

M.Tech (Urban Development and Management)

The two year M.Tech. Urban Development and Management (UDM) programme was launched in July 2013 to build a pool of competent professionals having required technical skills, managerial capabilities, and understanding of socio-economic, environmental, and legal issues, capable of analyzing and addressing the challenges and opportunities in urban development, planning and management of cities.
